Job Description
The Chengdu SDC PI Team provide service to personal Independence Team ("the PI Team") of the PwC China Independence Office internally. Each staff of this team needs to perform work and provide related deliverables in accordance with SDC's User Guide instructions as applied to work requests. 成都商务服务中心个人独立性流程支持团队是向普华永道中国独立性办公室的独立性团队提供服务。团队成员需按照服务中心的工作操作指南，有效地完成被分配的工作。
SDC R&Q team provides support to company's internal control departments (eg, independence, compliance and R&Q). Conduct compliance review of internal staff, engagement team, client data, engagement acceptance and business relationship, and carry out risk monitoring and testing of related procedures. SDC风控部门主要为公司PwC 各内控部门提供内控支持。进行内部员工、项目组、客户数据、新承接业务、商业关系等PwC内部的合规审阅，并提供相关程序的风险监控和测试工作。
This position is mainly responsible for the company's internal control support, including internal staff independence compliance test, project team compliance test. The test requires data collection, compliance testing, and issuing testing report from staff or engagement team. 此岗位主要提供公司内部员工独立性合规测试，项目组合规测试的内控支持。测试需要对被测试人或项目组进行资料收集、合规测试、发表审阅意见等。
工作职责：
- Perform Personal Independence Compliance Testing to check whether the selected partner or employee’s investments violate company policies, to ensure that employees know PwC independence policies about investments, external positions, and audit clients etc. and comply with the monitoring requirements under Independence Office. 审核被选取的合伙人及不同级别员工的投资理财状况，判断其是否符合公司合规要求，以确保员工对投资、外部任职、和曾经服务于审计客户方面的独立性有所了解，并遵守外部监管要求及PWC独立性政策
- Assess engagement leader engagement risk management and compliance with policies through the review of engagements in order to identify areas needing improvement and provide guidance 选取被测试项目组,通过对其业务的审查，评估其业务负责人的审计业务风险管理和政策的遵守情况，以确定需要改进的领域并提供指导
- Communicate with selected individuals or the MIC of the selected engagement teams 和被测试人/被测试项目组负责人沟通
- Work after testing, such as updating test summary report, and drafting/sending testing results. 完成测试后的工作跟进，如：填写测试总结,草拟或发送最终审阅意见等
- Other tasks assigned by team leader 其他领导分配的工作
Must Have:
- Bachelor degree and above, a major in English preferred 大学本科及以上学历，英语专业优先
- More than one year working experience 一年以上的工作经验
- Effective written communication skill both in Chinese and English 具备有效的中英文的书面表达能力。
- Good communication and problem solving skills 良好的沟通和解决问题的能力
- Good logical thinking and learning ability 良好的逻辑思维和学习能力
Nice to Have:
- Auditing, Risk & Quality, Compliance and assessment background is a plus 具备审计、公司内控、合规以及资料审核工作背景为佳
- BPO industry working experience is a plus 有BPO行业相关背景优先考虑
- English CET 6 or above is a plus 英文大学六级优先考虑
· Good command of Microsoft office software (especially Excel and Word) and basic function formula 熟练掌握微软办公软件系统的使用（特别是Excel和Word）, 懂基本函数公式应用
