Assist to marketing claim validation process under RA team to meet the strong demand from brands on marketing claim material review and regulation requirements.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION

该职务的主要职责

？ Execute marketing claim internal validation for P&C brands under the supervision of RA Manager, including implement procedures/SOPs, coordination with HQ/local RA team to make sure the consistency of claim and working with MKT team to provide support with necessary explanation and coaching, etc.

？ Daily track the progress of MKT claim validation requests, finalize the validation requests.

？ Support RA manger to coordinate with authorities for the customer complaint.

？ Assistant to the other RA team internal works.

MAIN KPIs OF THIS POSITION

？ Validate each marketing material review within 5 working days and not only provide the risk but also suggestion, get the material final version through online workflow. Error rate below 10%.

PRINCIPAL COMPETENCIES, SKILLS AND BACKGROUND

该职务所需的主要技能及相关背景

？ Bachelor’s degree or above (Pharmacy, Medical, Chemical)

？ 1-2 years' experience in a role of cosmetics registration or claim verification or relevant working experiences;

？ Familiar with Chinese cosmetic related regulations. Familiar with cosmetic efficacy evaluation is preferred

？ Strong logical analysis ability. Good language comprehension and expression ability. Good communications skills.

？ Fluent English speaking and writing (CET-6).
