Job Description

• Zhong Jia Securities Ltd is a SFC licensed corporation conducting RA 1, dealing in securities activity. The company is are seeking high caliber talent to lead our team as the Responsible Officer to commence business.

Job Responsibilities

•  * Act as a Responsible Officer to supervise SFC Type 1 regulated activities
• * Supervise and manage daily operations to ensure full regulatory compliance
• * Assist CEO in developing company’s business strategy and exploring business opportunity
• * Explore, develop and negotiate into a partnership relationship with others financial corporations
• * Work closely with various departments within our group to ensure smooth operations and facilitate the efficiency of business activities to achieve targets whilst maintaining a sound control environment
• * Handle any other ad-hoc duties as required

 Job Requirements

•  * Degree holder in Finance, Economics or related discipline
• * MUST recently / currently registered under SFC RA1 license as sole Responsible Officer
• * Minimum 5 years’ relevant experience in financial service industry as frontline or sales management is a definite advantage
• * Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills
• * A good team player equips a strong sense of responsibility, honesty and trustworthiness with an excellent work ethic and integrity
• * Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
