#### Position Description:


Write position description1）1） Study and track new RAID technology in industry
and consider Lenovo RAID strategy
2） Design RAID subsystem solution for new platform, align RAID management
feature and define design spec, especially for boot solution
3） Work with RAID vendor to implement design solution
4） Create test plan, take test execution, report test result; Debug the
defect; Improve test plan and debug skill, especially for boot solution
5)  Handle RAID manufacturer, field quality issue

#### Position Requirements:


1) The major is computer science relative
2) three year above working experience
3) Very familiar with computer HW, Windows，Linux, VMWare etc
4) Self learning,team work and hard work
