Job Description

1.    Plant process owner for problem solving process.
•    Define, monitor and improve problem solving process in AE-CN. Maintain the local procedure. 
•    Provide problem solving training in AE-CN. Optimize the training plan and contents.
•    Support in problem solving cases, by bringing mind-set, methodology, tools, and providing coaching.
•    Organize reviews of internal 8Ds.
•    Monitor the internal 8D system. Perform regular reporting, escalation if necessary.
•    Work as the PS-CN-network member.
2.    E-LLC (Entity lessons learned coordinator) in AE-CN manufacturing area.
•    Steer plant lessons learned network. Initiate and follow up lessons learned measures, derived from 8Ds, Task forces, AQIs, etc.
•    Follow up lessons learned measures assigned to AE-CN from division. Collaborate with D-LLC and AE LL network.
•    Regular reporting of LL status. Evaluate and improve process maturity.
3.    AQI owner in AE-CN.
•    Support to issue and update AQI which AE-CN is responsible. 
•    Check the relevance of received AQI to AE-CN. Trigger and follow up necessary actions in AE-CN.
•    Maintain AQI tracking list and perform regular reporting of AQI status in AE-CN.
4.    Topic expert in AE-CN for other problem solving relevant processes/methods.
•    Support deployment and improvement of application of methods in the plant, exchange of knowledge between the lines.
•    Track the measurement concept (process maturity) and improvement actions.

1. Bachelor or master degree of engineering or related.
2. At least 5 years of working experiences in quality, manufacturing or engineering fields.
3. Good knowledge on quality management system, processes and methodologies, especially for automotive products.
4. Fluent communication with local language and English (ability of communication with German is preferable).
5. Proofed competence with problem solving methodologies.
