About the role

Key responsibilites

• To conduct daily RD&A work consistent with Kerry China business objectives with supervision from R&D Beverage manager.
• Respond and completion of SFDC project to ensure all project practices are aligned with company values, policies and procedure.
• Well play internal team communication, support and aligned with supervisor to execute team target.
• Manage project according to the request from customer or sales opportunity.
• Develop prototype concepts and work together with marketing department.
• Visit customer and present new concepts propose Kerry product to win business.
• Regularly review project activity and discuss key project ongoing by weekly.
• Manage and handle new product commercialization program in NT site and Hangzhou Site. Trial run needed when new product commercialized.
• Training team member and share knowledge.

Qualifications and skills

• Major in Food Science or Technology, Bachelor’s Degree or above.
• 7 to 10 years working experience.
• Beverage industry background, knows beverage facility or equipment.
• Knowledgeable in Excel, Word and related programs for organizing data and summarizing test results.
• Fluent in English and Chinese.
• Team work spirit, Open minded, Innovative.
