Evaluate and minimize the risks of health and environment regarding the use of raw materials and semi-finished manufactured and/or used in Asia in accordance with the regulations in force and their evolution ( CE, REACH, GHS,…)

This mission applies to a domain compounding raw material on a perimieter of Asian zone.
For compounding raw material portfolio :guarantee the quality and efficiency of the technical approvals conforming to the defined procedures and processes.
Assure the deployment of the strategy communicated by the Technical Responsibles of the Raw Materials Category and rely on the Raw Materials Technical experts of the different domains.

？ Analyze and validate the conformity (in form of visas) of the safety documents of the raw materials from suppliers according to the procedure and the instructions existed in DORD/MAT/ZAO/RF/EHS.

？ Manage the visas and make them available.

？ Identify the impact from the evaluation of the regulations in his or hers portfolio in order to decide the action plans (update the visas) in line with the designers of related material field.

？ Prepare the MSD of the products manufactured in Asia. Keep them update and make available.

？ Prepare and make available the Post Safety Instructions (CSP) for certain products manufactured in Asia (the specific of family 2). Keep them update and make available.

？ Ensure the submission within the service in the field of VISA and the MSDS on portfolios of interest.

？ Evaluate the updated MSDS.

？ Carry out the demand from the clients regarding the risks analysis, the diagnostics or the studies on certain products.

？ Develop and diffuse the reference of his or her domain (good practice for preparing the MSDS…).

？ Develop or participate the development of methods (ex: procedures for the establishment of reference…).

？ Implement the plan of making compliance with the regulations (Declarations, MSDS…), ensure the realization of the action plans

？ Participate in the elaboration of and guarantee the implementation of the raw material approval, prospection plan on its technical perimeter (zone and domain).

？ Communicate the validated plans to the entities concerned (plants, zones,…) and assure the locking in of the resources.

？ Validate the opportunity studies prior to the approval.

？ Consolidates the indicators, the evolutions, and the captialization of his perimeter.

？ Coordinate the multizone approvals affairs.
