Job Description

RESPONSIBILITY

  • Receptionist:
    • Receive visitors appropriately and courteously and ensure that they are directed to suitable contact in due time, aiming at excellent corporate image and high customer satisfaction
    • Take incoming calls and direct to appropriate people, take accurate messages and ensure follow up in a timely manner
    • Coordination of courier service, monthly billing / payment; manage mail room
    • Establish, maintain and track files to keep a systematic record of required area
    • Coordinate with vendors (business card, con-call, courier, etc) regarding daily service and monthly payment
    • Visitor management
  • Admin Support
    • Participate in the planning and organization of events and activities as required (town hall meeting, annual dinner, family day, children’s day, etc )
    • Helping to manage the conference rooms booking
    • Assist in employee medical insurance documentation and coordination
    • Provide clerical support to facilitate special projects and meetings
    • Manage company pool car (assign vehicle, driver, maintain logbook, monthly payment & running cost reimbursement )
    • Responsible for other assignments to support admin department
  • Relationship Management
  • Liaison with building management company for daily operation & M&R

REQUIREMENT

1-2 years experience in related area

Detail-oriented, out-going, quick learner, good team worker

English is a plus

Basic knowledge on MS office, Outlook
