Responsibilities:

• Involve in candidate sourcing, screening & interviewing
• Work closely with business partners to establish effective sourcing processes and practices
• Make recommendations on best methods of sourcing candidates
• Manage and organize the recruitment database
• Keep to approach potential candidate via Phone calls, E-mail or any other possible method

 
 Requirements:

• Secondary school graduate or above
• At least 1 year relevant experience in candidate recruitment/sourcing in IT industry, experience in recruitment agencies would be an advantage
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Good command of English and Chinese
• A good team player and be results oriented
• Proactive, energetic and adaptable to change
