Responsibilities
The jobholder should be responsible for monitoring the daily operation, maintenance and problem solving of all kinds of systems running in Distribution center including refrigeration, cooling water, electricity, refrigeration control, air conditioning and steam system. And be responsible for the regular inspection, overall check and verification of pressured vessels, pressured pipeline and accessories.
- Ensure smooth operation and well maintenance of refrigeration and air conditioning equipment; and ensure these systems safety in compliance with rules and regulations.
- Ensure the temperature of warehouse achieve in the range of requirement.
- Ensure pressured vessels and pipelines to be used within life span.
- Prepare daily maintenance and repair plan.
- Settle down emergency and problem.
- Assist manager to upgrade equipment and make sure the quality meet the requirement, and the operations could be in compliance with rules and regulations.
- Regularly update all certificates and licenses in compliance with requirement.
Desired Skills & Experience
1. College degree holder in refrigeration or related disciplines
2. Level 3 or above qualification of refrigeration, maintenance and operation
3. Qualification of refrigeration engineer
4. 3 years or above management experiences in operation, production, manufacturing industries, and logistics management experience is preferred
