Job Description
THE COMPANY :
- US & Japanese JV multinational company
- Distributor : electronic component / semiconductor
- HK office : regional office of Asia Pacific region
- We are looking for FINANCIAL PLANNING & ACCOUNTING MANAGER (REGIONAL) - with details as follows :
THE JOB :
- Financial Planning :
- Responsible for consolidating annual Budget, periodic Forecast and Actuals through close communications with key stakeholders (in Region and Country)
- Analyze the KPIs to identify potential risks and opportunities to improve business performance.
- Accounting :
- Consolidate and analyze monthly management reports according to Corporate requirement. Statutory report should comply with USGAAP and IFRS
- Responsible for Regional Audit review through coordinating with country finance team and providing the draft review support
- Reporting :
- Ensure timely and accurate reports delivery for management reference/meetings
- Analyze financial statements to identify opportunities to improve profitability and business performance.
- Supervise and ensure this team to handle the Supplier's rebate & contract review process (legal review done by external firm)
- Work with country finance members and support to close book and prepare financial analysis on a needed basis
- Drive initiatives for productivity improvement and operation enhancement
- Report to : Regional Finance Manager
- Bachelor Degree in Accounting/Finance
- CPA with at least 4 years, audit experience with Big 4 being a plus
- Proven working experience at MNC in FPA area is definitely an advantage.
- Regional exposure in management report consolidation in Asia Pacific region
- Well working knowledge of standard Accounting principles & practices.
- Strong communication skills, including English language and Mandarin
- Excellent PC skills in performing extensive analysis – modeling, analysis, tracking and evaluating.
- 5 days work (Mon to Fri 9am – 5pm)
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
