- Registered Architect in Hong Kong;
- With a minimum of 3 years' post qualification experience as an Resident Architect or similiar role;
- Experience in commercial development will be a definite advantage;
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese. (Result in Grade E or Level 2 in Chinese Language and English Language (Syllabus B) in HKCEE/HKDSE.
