Candidates should (a) have a Certificate from Construction Industry Council in Hong Kong / Hong Kong Institute of Construction / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education / Technical institute / Technical college / Polytechnic university / polytechnic in Hong Kong or equivalent in an appropriate discipline; or
(b) successfully completed a recognized technician apprenticeship in an appropriate discipline; or
(c) successfully completed a recognized craft apprenticeship with two years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline; or
(d) 5 years’ experience as a skilled worker in appropriate discipline.
