RETAIL OPERATIONS MANAGER (MACAU BASED)

Reporting to the Regional Operations Director, and working alongside the technical operations management, the Retail Operations Manager will be responsible for managing two ZIPCITY retail stores in Macau. 

The Regional Operations Manager will:

• manage and oversee the stores to maintain operations efficiency;
• work with senior management to define and document ourretail operations procedures, in-store visual merchandising and in-store marketing initiatives;
• recruit, lead, train and motivate retail personnel to deliver an industry leading customer experience, drive sales and achieve targets
• monitor retail and net sales performance against targets and KPIs, and recommend new sales incentives and motivational programs where necessary;
• keep abreast with competitors’ activities and provide feedback on competitive dynamics and market share;
• Serve as a role model and demonstrate leadership to peers by embodying our core values, and share insights that relate to ZIPCITY products.
  
  

REQUIREMENTS

The successful applicant will have:

• Bachelor degree, preferably in Sales and Marketing;
• 5+ years’ relevant experience in a retail role with at least 2 years gained in a management role;
• Experienced in team management with effective people management, people development and performance monitoring skills;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency (spoken, reading and writing) in Mandarin and Cantonese, and proficiency in spoken English;
• Strong numeric and analytical skills.
