� Develop and configure modules (hardware/software/automation) in support of new RF test methodologies and equipment. � Evaluating high-speed ADC/DAC for performance requirements � Evaluating to selects RF components and equipment to support Production Test. � Conducts experimental tests and evaluates results. � Perform data analysis, report and presentation � Identify test related readiness, issues, gaps and provide expedient resolution. � Work on improving validation infrastructure including equipment, automation, scripting, fixtures and lab-setup.

Qualifications

� BS degree with 10+ years of experience or MS degree with 7+ years of experience in Electrical or Electronics Engineering fields. � Experience working in Lab Environment with a focus on RF Testing and Test System bring-up. � In-depth experience with RF Test Equipment (Signal Generators, Spectrum Analyzers, Vector Network Analyzers etc...) � Good understanding of transmission line theory, RF calibration methods and/or methodology � Good understanding of Digital, Analog, Mixed signal DSP, High Speed, and RF Testing � Good programming skill such as Python, MATLAB and/or LabVIEW for Test Automation � Good communication and leadership skills.
