Responsible for ensuring the testability and manufacturability of RF, Analog and Digital integrated circuits from the component feasibility stage through the production ramp. Make significant contributions to design, development and validation of testability circuits including contributing to design-for-test methods. Evaluation, development and debug of complex test methods.
Develops and debugs complex software programs to convert design validation flows and drive complex test equipment, including the development of digital signal processing for testing analog performance. Creates and tests validation and production test hardware solutions.
Tests, validate, modifies and redesigns circuits to guarantee component margin to specification. Analyzes and evaluates component specification versus performance to ensure optimal match of component requirements with production equipment capability. Creates and applies concepts for optimizing component production relative to both quality and cost constraints. Autonomously plans and schedules own daily tasks, develops solutions to problems utilizing formal education and judgment.

Qualifications
Minimum qualifications are required to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates.
Minimum Qualifications:
� An BSc or MSc in electrical engineering or equivalent knowledge through experience
� Experience of at least 5 years in product development/test engineering
and/or RF design.
� Experience of using Windows and UNIX operating system.
� Experience in programming.
Preferred Qualifications:
� Experience in using standard lab bench equipment like oscilloscope, Spectrum Analyzer, Signal Generator etc.
� Experience in object-oriented programming using C++ or Java etc.
� Experience in RTL simulation
� Experience with ATE programming like Advantest V93000 or Teradyne flex.
