RM Assistant, Retail Banking

• To be a team member of Retail Bank Branch
• Building effective relationships with clients to retain and provide proactive support to the Relationship Managers
• To achieve service excellence in handling customer issues and product enquiries in a timely, accurate and responsive manner
• Identify customer financial and other banking needs then make referrals to others where appropriate
• Supporting branch marketing activities and perform administrative duties

Requirement

• University level education, preferably in finance, business or a related discipline 
• Holder of relevant insurance, investment and Mandatory Provident Fund licenses
• Minimum 1-2 years experience in retail banking.
• Good knowledge of wealth management products, both investment and insurance
• Advanced understanding of branch operations
