Job Description
- Supervises, understands and challenges monthly closing (tooling revenue and tooling cost, R&D revenue and R&D exp).
- Provides analysis of monthly results to the management (explain variance vs. budget / forecast on R&D and project P&L and activity analysis lines)
- Coordinates budget and MTP processes (R&D interco and domestic fee and P1/P2 fee, internal management fee)
- Benchmarks and standardizes management control tools (SAP system and OBK reports system)
- Achieves specific analysis (site FC and project managers require)
- Proposes and follow solutions for the R&D supporting fee and payment between sites (R&D recharges…)
- Follow up and manage the R&D contracts (p1/p2 fee, lump sum fee and R&D supporting fee)
- Finish the OBK reporting system every month. And make analysis about Project 5 axes indicators.
- Review and pre-validate IAR for R&D and project (respect of appropriate work flow)
- Review and pre-validate CAA (respect of appropriate work flow)
Business school (Ecole de Commerce, MBA…) with a major in Finance, Audit or Management Control
Finance or Management Degree
Good English
5 years management controlle experience
