ABOUT THE ROLE

• Ensure the RPA Control Room & Clients are Available, Reliable and continuous for the business
• Ensure the platform is secured. Access controls are maintained and handled as per GXP and SOX guideline, provide evidences to Audit
• Ensure the license allocation and usage across the RPA platform
• Partnership with CFIT Development RPA team, IT capacity are well forecasted
• Demand Delivery of client machines to support the Accelerate process
• Ensure the RPA Platform is uplifted, patching cycles are aligned with the Automation Anywhere roadmaps
• Evaluate options to maximise the license and client utilisation by streamlining the process
• Release management of the BOT into production, and lead access and controls
• To Manage Virtual Machines using VMWare vSphere Client, working knowledge in VMware / other virtual software required
• To Manage Windows Server 2016 / MS-SQL 2016
• Diagnose and troubleshoot system (Virtual Machines, Control Room Windows Servers) for faster workaround /resolution
• Responsible for the availability of RPA IT Platform, must upgrade RPA Platform when required
• Administer the Back-up/restore, client/Server Patching monthly & Quarterly
• Install, maintain and support applications and Infrastructure for changing demands.
• Must have a basic knowledge on TCP/IP, DNS and DHCP services to diagnose and solve issues at Network layer
• Must have knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policies and its concepts, and the interaction between hardware, operating systems, network, data centre, and application software, Linux and Unix are a plus.
• Must be able to handle the Incident, Request and Problem within the agreed SLA
• Perform Proactive & Reactive Monitoring of IT Infrastructure, action on Major & Critical alert whenever triggered.

ESSENTIAL SKILLS REQUIRED

• The ideal candidate can be between 1 - 7 years of experience
• Graduate/Post Graduate Degree in Computer Science or related discipline
• Good to have candidates with industry relevant certification (VMWare, Windows, AWS, Automation Anywhere, UI Path, Blue prism, etc.,)
• ITIL Foundation Certified will be an advantage
• knowledge of Hybrid / Cloud Infrastructure will be an added advantage
• Candidate must have good ability to balance partner demand and influence IT stakeholders
• Excellent organizational, time management and social skills; self-driven, detail oriented, and resolved
• Candidate should be flexible and adaptable with the ability to work on multiple assignments and must be customer-facing;
• Ability to prioritize and handle work, adhering to critical and daring timelines in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, evolving environment and appropriately prioritize tasks, and keep abreast

of the latest technology.

Capability to work with people in different time zones.
