This role is in Design Enablement team at India, part of Technology Development group, having charter to develop methodology for advance process nodes and providing opportunity to be among the first one to work on latest technology. In this role candidate is expected to work on RTL design and verification of Hard IP -Fuse subsystem, which involves leading team members with defining the RTL design, verification testbench architecture, debug, test plan reviews, delivering the IP with high quality to SOCs. Role demands initiative, enthusiasm in proactively identifying issues, improvements in methodology and driving till incorporating them. Good communication with transparency in regular interactions with local and cross-geographical teams, SoC customers, and stakeholders are part of the expected responsibilities. She/ He needs to communicate with cross function teams and stakeholders of design, pre- silicon verification, post silicon validation in different geos for project plan ,status , risk and challenges. He / She should be able to work as an individual in a high performing team, as well as leading pre-silicon verification teams from planning to delivery.

Qualifications

Candidate should have Master's degree (MTech/ MS) or equivalent in electrical engineering/ Microelectronics/ VLSI from reputed institution, with 4+ years of experience. He / She should have good knowledge of Verilog, System Verilog, System-Verilog assertions, checkers, working knowledge of Front-End tools (Verilog simulators, Linters, Clock-Domain-Crossing, VCLP etc. ) and other design verification techniques. He/ She should have sound understanding of functional verification strategies, directed/random testing, and debug, along with extensive experience in creating verification environment in UVM from scratch. He / She should be able to develop verification plans, build verification environment, create test plans, and drive IP verification until signoff, using industry standard tools. Working experience in RTL Coding, UPF modeling and Formal verification is advantageous. Knowledge of scripting languages like Perl or Python are pluses. Candidate should also have strong communication and presentation skills, along with collaborative attitude to work in a team environment
