Position name: Project Manager

Job description:

1. Define the organization structure for each project.

2. Project Purchases supervision.

3. Prepare and follow the project Schedule (Gantt diagram).

4. Estimate the project Budget.

5. Project Quality assurance supervision.

6. Incidence management

7. Project Budget and expenses control.

8. Reporting of Project Status to CTO.

Reporting to: Chief Technical Officer

Skills:

Languages:

English or Spanish: average

Chinese: mother language, or proficient

Experience in project management

Negotiation skills, to be able to deal with the client in case of deviations.

Ability to manage small multicultural organizational structures

Background:

Engineering degree

At least 3 years of experience in Project

Management

Working place:

Offices in Shanghai (Nanjing Lu with Wulumuqi Lu).
