Job Description

• Provide first line support on SAP, BlackLine, Workiva etc. for RtR Operational Teams
• As an Owner and Single Point of Contact, perform admin tasks for multiple tools
• Acting as focal contact point for Asia Accounting Master Data maintenance including Cost center/Account code extend and creation /Account code usage
• Incident handling: raising clarifying questions, registering tickets, manage ticket lifecycle
• Test SAP program changes in the FI Module in testing environments in order to trouble shoot programs and issues prior to implementation
• Test new non- SAP programs in testing environments for new database and new processes or CI initiatives
• Trainer for the team and cross Function, Train new team members, train for new or updated process or refresh training
• Regular Training on Albemarle accounting policy and General Accounting Principle
• Participant in Quality reviews for the RTR department and manage the data for Asia RTR metrics/Huddle Board
• Lead the continual improvement initiative and or project for RTR
• Proactively review the RTR process and find out any potential risks and issues ,then propose process improvement under the team members support, enhance internal control.
• Contribute and support the standardization of processes through documentation and trainings
• Creation or review and storage the RTR Accounting process documentations including process map , working instructions, special case analysis, FAQ , training document and ensure these document could be timely updated and reviewed
