This exciting role offers opportunity to: Play the role of Process Leader – Record to Report, Reporting & Analysis, GFSS Suzhou Controller Implement strategic improvement initiatives within the workstream by working with Global RTR Process metrics and profit plan Sustain a strong internal control environment Provide excellent Customer Service and drive customer satisfaction Talent Development and high performer retention Take controllership role for GFSS Suzhou, manage profit planning, forecast, taxation, statutory compliance, external reporting, etc. Develop goals and objective for the workstream, drive performance management, meet the target for both operational Qualifications Professional qualification in financial accounting; minimum 7-10 years of (international) experience in finance/ accounting and auditing within a multinational (manufacturing) company Excellent knowledge of Asia (and preferably China) statutory reporting requirements; Solid understanding and experience with US GAAP; exposure to Sarbanes Oxley Good command of both written and oral English Demonstrable skill in strategic/vision planning and development of business-critical function with digital mindset Proven leadership skill; drive strategic change and build organizational capability, Demonstrable continued personal development both technical and behavioral Strong continues improvement ability across different functions and business Ability to operate at a senior level in collaboration with diverse internal and external senior leaders; used to operate and influence effectively in a matrix international organization Strong communication and large team management capability Excellent presentation, training, coaching & mentoring skills Knowledge of data processing in respect of financial systems, particularly Oracle & SAP Strong cross/multi-cultural background and experience; sensitive to cultural differences Ability to operate and deliver independently without supervision Be highly competent in operational, accounting and fiscal matters, and be able to perform a range of concurrent projects; customer focus and deliver results to multiple divisions in a most effective way Yes!
