• Test and optimization of RF system in ICP plasma etchers
• Design and improvement of RF power transmission units (RF filter, RF matcher)
• Provide customer support and failure analysis

资历要求:

• Majored in Physics, Applies Physics, Magnetic Field and Microwave Technology, Electrical Engineering, Telecommunication Engineering, or related field of study
• Familiarized with RF circuit or microwave theory
• Familiarized with RF power transmission and matching networks design and maintenance
