JOB DESCRIPTION

• The position is responsible for being in service to our top tier Guests managing guest experience from arrival to departure, maintaining close relationship with Food & Beverage, Concierge, Front Office, Engineering and other hotel departments. Daily, he will be faced with variety, challenge and an opportunity to use many skills.

• Mis En Place & Arrival Experience (Requisition and set-up of welcome and TD amenities, Fetching of arriving guests at the front desk, Accurate orientation of room upon arrival, Welcome drink en suite delivery)
• Facilitate and Deliver a Memorable In House & Departure Experience, Create “SPARKLE” experiences to loyal members
• Coordinate with other departments for other guest stay requirements (restaurant booking within the hotel, last minute requests, in room appliance repairs)

 

WORK EXPERIENCE

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Hospitality Management or any related field
• Minimum of 6 months of relevant experience in the hotel industry

• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Microsoft Office; Use/Knowledge of PMS e.g. Opera, Raffles Service
• Multicultural awareness and able to work with people from diverse cultures
