Duties and Responsibilities 主要职责

a) Develop and improve chemical products used in a variety of manufacturing and mechanical systems in order to enhance processes, safety and quality in order to meet customer needs and provide solutions to application problems. 开发和改进用于各种制造和机械系统的化工产品，以提高工艺、安全和质量，以满足客户的需求，并为应用问题提供解决方案。 b) Investigate applicability of new/replacement raw materials and advanced/innovative technology in order to enhance performance and minimize cost. Evaluate and incorporate alternate raw materials in existing products. 研究新的/替代材料以及先进/创新技术的适用性，以提高性能和降低成本。评估并在现有产品中加入替代原料。 c) Coordinate with Development Chemists with selecting, testing and recommending new/replacement raw materials in order to resolve shortage caused by delivery delay or sudden failure of the RM hitherto used; 选择、测试和推荐新/可替代的原料，解决由于交货延误或正在使用的原材料突然失效而造成的短缺 d) Establish and improve inspection standards for raw material acceptance 为原材料验收建立和改进验收标准 e) Develop or improve test methods to enhance R&R, efficiency and field performance predictability. 开发或改进测试方法，以提高研发、效率和现场性能的可预测性。 f) Deal with the complaint about the quality of raw materials, explore and analyze the root. Discuss with the supplier technically处理有关原材料质量问题的投诉，查找分析原因，与供应商就技术问题展开讨论。 g) Coordinate the internal process of the RM approval with the labs and procurement areas与实验室和采购部门协调原材料批准的内部流程。 h) Perform any quality audits or technical visits to suppliers; 对供应商进行质量审核或者技术访问 i) Responsible for applying raw material code in China to GRMTT (Global Raw Material Technical Team) and follow up in corporation with the all raw materials related issues within Research & Development. 负责向全球原材料团队申请中国区的原材料代码，协调和跟进研发过程中的所有原材料相关问题。 j) Clearly and orderly record all observations and data. Report results in a clear and concise manner to enhance technical exchange. 清晰有序地记录所有观测数据。报告结果清晰扼要，以加强技术交流。 k) Provide assistance to manufacturing in order to improve the quality and efficiency of the manufacturing process. Assist manufacturing and the quality assurance lab in solving quality and production problems. 协助生产以提高生产过程的质量和效率。协助生产和质保部解决质量和生产问题。 l) Promote and increase the knowledge and insight of chemists regarding chemical, application, and cost aspects of raw materials by means of regular presentations to Research & Development. 通过定期向研发人员展示，促进和提高研发人员对原材料的化学、应用和成本方面的知识和洞察力。 m) Comply with all applicable regulations regarding safety, environmental as well as the occupational health standards. Make recommendations towards the improvement of safety and environmental and health concerns where appropriate. 遵守所有有关安全、环境和职业健康标准的适用法规。酌情就改善安全、环境和健康问题提出建议。 n) Maintain equipment, glassware and workspace in order to keep them clean and well-functioning. Properly dispose of all laboratory waste. Participate in ensuring good management of laboratory equipment and storage spaces for chemicals and raw materials. 维护设备、玻璃器皿和工作区域，保持其清洁和良好运转。妥善处理所有实验室废物。参与确保化学品和原材料的实验室设备和存储空间的良好管理。 o) Follow all ISO quality and environmental standards as provided in the various procedural manuals. Ensure that all laboratory equipment is calibrated and functioning properly. 遵守各种程序手册中规定的ISO质量和环境标准。确保所有实验室设备的校准和正常工作。

Requirements 岗位需求

Education 教育背景:

• This position requires at least a Bachelor Degree in Chemistry

  Working Experience 工作经验:

At least six-year experience of lab work at a chemical company. Must be proficient in using all kinds of analytical test instruments

6年以上化工企业实验室工作经验必须熟练使用各种分析测试仪器

Skills 工作技能:

Must have the ability to work in a fast pace environment, to work at different projects at the same time, and to think analytically. In addition, must have good prioritization and communication skills (verbal and writing). Must be involved, careful, precise, team player, flexible, result/customer oriented and takes initiative.

必须有能力在快节奏的环境中工作，在不同的项目在同一时间工作，并分析思考。此外，必须有良好的优先次序和沟通技巧(口头和书面)。必须参与，细心，准确，团队合作，灵活，结果/客户导向，积极主动。

Must have the ability to write presentations. In the addition to the above, an individual must have demonstrated the ability to perform the functions of this position.

Must have the Knowledge of ISO 14001 (environmental area), ISO9001 (quality area) OHSAS 18001（EHS）
