Responsibilities:

• Raw Material Requirement Planning
• Develop SOE (4-12 weeks) raw material planning and create requirement data to ensure the alignment between ticket production numbers and bill of material (BOM).
• Validate 18 months raw material requirement forecast and inventory projection prepared by S&OP RM Planner to ensure no run-out of raw material in the plant.
• Identify raw material demand change and modify material requirement planning by collaborating with Production Control, Quality and Procurement to ensure on-time materials availability and cost minimizing transitions.
• Collaborate with Procurement to monitor vendors (traffic team) on the delivery status of imported raw material, based on which timely reflect into raw material planning data and trigger expedite or postponement request accordingly.
• Participates in daily/weekly/monthly planning meetings with local and cross-country team and represents raw material plans as appropriate.
• Lead the continuous improvement of the raw material planning process.

• Raw Material Replenishment & Supply Monitoring
• Deploy inventory replenishment of assigned raw materials, identify inaccurate raw material inventory records and create PR to GBS team for PO creation to ensure smooth production.
• Monitor raw material status including but not limited to on-hand inventory, goods in transit, supply confirmation and future consumption, waste rate, etc., and timely address alert & call action to prevent production run out or overstock.
• Monitor slow moving and excess material to be modified in production consumption or remove from recipe. Recommend the removal of obsolete codes with reference from QTEC.
• Minimize and control material scrap, interm of internal or external issue (ex. phase out of tire, expired, out of Goodyear specification).
• Daily track trial material and maintain PowerSteering system starting from first trial to mass production trial for trial propose base on Qtech NTI & MP requirement.
• Raw Material Analysis Reporting
• Responsible to deliver inventory variation commentary report and RFA deep dive analysis to identify rootcause and define preventive action plan.
• Provide monthly reports on material coverage, run-out reports and other analyses as needed to support Raw Material Control Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Material Management or relevant areas.
• 5 years or above working experience in Material Management, Supply Chain planning areas.
• Manufacturing or Quality Management experience is a plus.
• Material Management functional skill.
• Production and inventory control skill.
• SAP knowledge & analytical skill.
• Fluent English both spoken and written.
• Good communication skill.
