• Supervise raw material group to ensure the quality and compliance of qualification/validation conducted.
• Draft, review specification, SOPs and training materials.
• Draft, review and/or approve analytical methods, assay qualification protocols, assay qualification reports and COAs.
• Review change control, deviations, OOS\OOT within raw materials releasing testing.
• Be expected to perform the job independently with limited supervision.
• Ensure compliance to GMP requirements, including instrument qualification and maintenance, personnel training, document drafting and archiving.
• To provide training to subordinates to meet the development and needs of the company.
