• Follow up operational process under RM Tempe HQ Spain strategy

• Keep updated catalogues in Tempe (Showroom) and Asia RM library to work aligned with designers in both places. (all the areas)

• Support on sampling

• Support on production issues; quality/delays

• Support raw material suppliers and factories to make a better product

  TEXTILE area

• Monitor industry trends and fashion

• Develop new articles for the brands

• Trade Fair assistance in Turkey for local suppliers

  ORNAMENTS area

• Develop & source new hardware & ornament suppliers

• Manage the development process of new hardware to ensure timely delivery of samples

• Monitor trends & fashion & collaborate with design teams for new articles

• Trade Fair assistance in Turkey for local suppliers

• Front office & technical support (back office)for Hardware & Ornaments, outsoles and sheets. All the Brands

  MAIN GOALS

• Establish pipeline of trends and commercial components and ensure readiness of resources prior to arise of demand in a proactive approach.

• Increase the quality of the articles provided by raw material Asia suppliers. Including sourcing, achieve Tempe quality standard, price and look.

• Increase the number of Join Life articles and suppliers

• Developing the strategic, analytic and leadership talents to turn innovative ideas into production for our international team (designer and developer).

• Being a key leader and sourcing expert in a cross-functional team, Product Design and Development teams, that collaborates to profitably deliver quality, trend and value for the brands.

• Conducting trends and needs research to build up the database of trend components and raw material supplier resources.

• Working out collections based on latest trends and fashion insights.

• Communicating and liaising with international sourcing teams and vendors to meet product cost, quality and delivery objectives, ensuring maximum bottom-line impact.

• Conducting well organized sign-off meetings which covers all the parameters of trend, design, price, quantity.

• Attends shows and fairs when necessary.




• REQUIREMENTS

• College degree or above in fashion design or equivalent (Optional)

• At least 3 years working experience in footwear / accessories design and trend analysis area with some involvement in trend forecast and develop collections.

• Well know about trend analysis and forecast, commercial insights, materials.

• good command of MS Office.

• English: CET-4 or equivalent level
