Eaton is currently seeking ReSurge Returnship Program Participants to join our team. This role is available in multiple divisions and functions that sit within Eaton. Some examples are sales, finance, engineering and all STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering and Math) fields. This program is slated with a start date in Quarter 1 of 2023! These positions can be based in Asheville, NC; Raleigh, NC; Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Milwaukee, WI or El Paso, TX. We are even offering relocation assistance if needed! Participants will work to solve real-world challenges while refreshing the skills necessary to be a leader in our organization. You will gain enriching and diverse experiences and work side-by-side with experienced leaders and mentors to power your career. You’ll be part of a cohort, but each participant’s development experience will be customized to help them reach their highest potential; no two participants will have the same experience or set of responsibilities. Position Overview: The ReSurge Program is within Eaton’s Electrical Sector-Americas Organizations and incorporates industry-specific skills training as well as comprehensive leadership development. You’ll have opportunities to polish your existing skills, as well as acquire new ones to help you launch the next phase of your career. Throughout the program, the program management team will work individually with each participant to refine their experiences and prepare them for their preferred post-program role within Eaton. This 12-month program will include a corporate overview, various product training, workplace tools training (O365, Teams, etc.), Working Smart training (Excel and One Note), networking and leadership development opportunities, as well as a strategic project that will be the capstone for your program. Upon successful completion of the program, employees may transition into a full-time position. Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution Minimum one (1) year of a voluntary career break from your profession Minimum two (2) years of professional work experience Possess and maintain a valid and unrestricted driver’s license Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in accounting, business, engineering, finance, and/or marketing from an accredited institution Minimum five (5) years of professional work experience in a STEM field Position Criteria: Ability and desire to be a full-time Eaton employee after the program Comfortable with ambiguity Strong interpersonal, communication and leadership skills We are committed to ensuring equal employment opportunities for all job applicants and employees.
