Eaton’s ReSurge Returnship Program is hiring a Supply Chain Process Development Analyst for its Panelboard / Switchboard Satellite Business Unit in Charlotte, North Carolina. Position Overview: The Supply Chain Process Development Analyst is responsible for supporting the Supply Chain Business Unit team in implementing standardization throughout the Satellites organization. This individual will update, create, and deploy standard operational procedures working with the BU team and Supply Chain Analysts at the site level. The Supply Chain Process Development Analyst is expected to work with the Supply Chain Analysts in documenting and supporting new documentation for training and process controls. In this role you will: Responsible for identifying and developing standards within the businesses supply chain methods and processes by using existing work instructions and leveraging organizational knowledge at the business unit and site level Redeploy existing standard operating procedures and prepare new documents training aids for key processes Support training efforts for local Satellite Supply Chain Analysts and front-end personnel to adopt standard procedures, and seek opportunities to continuously improve our business processes Assist with the development of an onboarding program for local Supply Chain Analysts, as well as a training program for new-hires that will be first-time purchasers or receivers, including knowledge-based and functional testing within our MRP environment Other duties as assigned Qualifications Required (Basic) qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution Minimum three (3) years’ experience Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future Preferred Qualifications: One+ (1+) year of a voluntary career break from your profession Bachelor’s degree in supply chain or related problem-solving discipline Minimum three (3) years’ experience in supply chain Supply Chain experience in a manufacturing environment Project Management experience in an operations environment (SCM, OpEx, QLT) Certification in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) Multi-location experience preferred We provide benefits that are industry competitive and focused on employee well-being.
