Position Overview: As a valuable member of Eaton’s Internal Audit team, the candidate will participate on audits and projects to evaluate and provide recommendations over such areas as internal controls, business processes, and operating procedures. This role will provide the opportunity to gain exposure to Eaton’s diverse portfolio of businesses, products, and processes. In this role you will: Produce clear, concise, and accurate documentation in efficient manner Work with local site management teams related to risk management and mitigation by reviewing management action plans related to remediation of audit findings under the direct supervision Serve as a team member on special projects on an as needed basis Perform internal control testing for key business processes Potential for some travel to see Eaton operations Qualifications Required (Basic) Qualifications: Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited institution in Accounting, Finance, and/or Business Administration Minimum two (2) years of accounting, internal/external audit and/or finance experience Must be able to work in the United States without corporate sponsorship now and within the future No relocation benefit is being offered for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within 50 miles of Beachwood, OH will be considered. Active-Duty Military Service member candidates are exempt from the geographical area limitation.
