We are hiring one full-time Reading Coach for our Wangjing Center. The successful candidate should be able to start immediately.

JOB DETAILS
- Position: Reading Coach
- Location: Wangjing SOHO, near Wangjing/Futong Station of Subway Line 15, Chaoyang District, Beijing
- Start Date: ASAP / immediate start
- Monthly take-home salary: RMB 10,000 after tax
- Benefits: No additional benefits beyond the stated salary

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Guide young learners through an independent reading program
- Help students choose suitable books, complete reading tasks and quizzes, conduct reading interviews, and write book reports
- Monitor student progress and maintain accurate learning records
- Encourage reading habits and create a positive English-speaking environment
- Communicate with parents and cooperate with the academic team

REQUIREMENTS
- Native English speaker or equivalent fluent English proficiency preferred
- Bachelor's degree required; Education or English preferred
- At least one year of relevant teaching, coaching, or child-focused education experience
- Experience working with children is preferred
- Positive, reliable, responsible, and available to start immediately
