Offline Reading Club English teacher
salary：18000-25000 monthly

Main responsibilities
● Students ages 3 to 18
● One on one sessions with students that come the Reading Club in which your responsibility is to help kids to learn how to read in a fun way so they can fall in love with books
● Reading group sessions with students of different ages and reading levels
● Create and implement creative and efficient ways to teaching read and make reading fun
● Participate in marketing activities, on and off Reading Club premises
● Complete course-related administrative duties, lesson planning, marketing campaign coordination and planning
● Able to assess and evaluate students reading skills and language proficiency

Requirements
● Fluent in English wothout accent
● BA education related degree, EFL teaching certificate such as TEFL/TESOL/CELTA
● Two years (24 months) related teaching experience
● Non criminal background check
● Fast learner with a positive attitude
● Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
● Able to work within a team and independently
● Lively, passionate, friendly and can mobilize the enthusiasm of students, making learning fun.
