As a Real Estate Finance Asset & Property Manager, you will be responsible for: Accounting and financial management of assigned corporate properties Overall support of the commercial real estate team, including billing, internal lease preparation, preparation of management reporting, preparation and review of business cases, and other tasks in support of corporate real estate matters Review of landlord and other operating expenses, including real estate taxes, utilities, insurance Support for financial planning of maintenance measures Reconciliation of operating, service and project expenses, and billing of customers Support cost-saving initiatives related to assigned properties, including evaluation of Preparation, review and submission of annual budgets and forecasts in cooperation with related departments and business lines Deviation analysis of cost centers of assigned properties from budget / forecast amounts Support for the preparation of monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements Support for accounting (ongoing booking of business transactions, accruals and provisions, asset accounting, accounts receivable and accounts payable, etc.) Review and approval of invoices as well as invoicing, payment and receivables management Preparation of operating cost statements for internal tenants Required skills to have for the success of this role A degree in accounting or related field At least 5 years of accounting experience related to corporate / commercial real estate; experience with IFRS 16 a plus Proficient use of SAP and Microsoft Office programs, especially Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with PowerBI a plus Effective communication skills to confidently address customer concerns/inquiries You have a strong quality orientation, are able to work independently as well as in a team, and are organized You are able to perform effectively both remotely and in-person at our Malvern, PA location (mix of work from home and office-based) Siemens Healthineers has recently announced the next steps in our continued commitment to prioritize colleague health, comply with customer/business partner requirements, and help preserve our business continuity.
