For our Real Estate Business Unit located in Sesto San Giovanni (MI) we are looking for a Real Estate Finance Manager who will support the CREM in the implementation of the Real Estate strategy with regards to asset management, letting, and investment/divestment activities Map.

Your responsibilities

• Supporting the RE portfolio management activities (reporting, forecast, business plans, modelling of real estate cash flows, financing and tax assumptions, IRRs, output sensitivities. etc)
• Preparation of documents for internal and external purposes, including drafting investment CIMT memos and presentations to internal stakeholders
• Analysis of cross functional processes with a view to optimization and efficiency improvement aimed at identifying areas for improvement, including analysis of make or buy opportunities and post-merger analysis of possible M & A transactions
• Identification of a KPI system in line with the monitoring and evaluation needs of the RE portfolio management and correlated projects
• Analyze the performance of single Real Estate projects with respect to the budget and forecasts, in order to recommend improvement actions
• Support to the CREM and internal stakeholders in the evaluation and follow-up of investment projects, disinvestments and restructuring of the real estate portfolio

Your background

• Bachelor degree in Management Engineering or in scientific-economic or Economics
• At least 4 year of work experience within the industrial property sector, with focus on analysis and valuation of real estate portfolio performance
• Fluent English and Italian (written and spoken)
• Broad IT skills: office package with strong Excel modelling experience, PowerPoint and SAP
• Outstanding interpersonal and team-working skills, with high commitment to providing service
• Strong written and spoken communications skills
