Our Client

One of the renowned listed developers is currently seeking for an experienced Investment Manager to join their team for the expansion of business across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Execute transactions in Hong Kong
• Explore and identify investment opportunities in public and private market
• Portfolio management of a growing company portfolio and managing assets
• Prepare and review acquisition documents and transaction agreements and assist in due diligence process
• Research on market, business investment analysis, and risk assessment
• Prepare investment proposal and presentation materials
• Process lease modifications and town planning applications
• Coordinate with different stakeholders e.g. internal project team, joint venture partners, government departments.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in real estate or related disciplines.
• MHKIS/MRICS qualified surveyor
• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience obtained in property developers Hong Kong investment and development projects
• Strong leadership and business acumen
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Analytical and with good organizing capabilities
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English
