Our Client

One of the renowned listed developers is currently seeking for an experienced Investment Manager to join their team for the expansion of business across the region.

Responsibilities:

• Execute transactions in Hong Kong
• Portfolio management of a growing portfolio and managing assets
• Due diligence, forecasts, feasibilities studies
• Research on market, business investment analysis, and risk assessment
• Prepare investment proposal and presentation materials
• Coordinate with different stakeholders e.g. internal project team, joint venture partners, consultants and contractors.

Requirements: 

• Degree holder in real estate or related disciplines.
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience obtained in property developers Hong Kong investment and development projects
• Good leadership and communication skills;
• Analytical and with good organizing capabilities;
• Good command of both written and spoken Cantonese and English.
