- To support Real Estate projects (with lead responsibility on sub-projects or tasks) and to actively and self-reliantly manage and continuously develop a value-based Corporate Real Estate Management System in regards to required real estate assets by Mercedes-Benz business units in the region of China and Asia Pacific with special focus on financial and legal project tasks and corporate real estate governance function (formulation, implementation and regular adaptation of a real estate strategy) adopting a client/customer approach working style
- To lead external service providers/vendors that develop and manage value-adds and timely input and proposals on all defined tasks in a pro-active and customer-based working style
- To successfully initiating, organizing and delivering projects as per Mercedes-Benz business and strategy needs
