Support as PMO Global projects, services and initiatives; Act as sparring partner and support to the Project lead. Focus on processes and tasks within a global project team; Administers and ensure adherence of PM policies and guidelines, programs and standards; Coordinate workflow environment and track all program related deliveries; Ensures effective cooperation with stakeholders; Manage the reporting lines and support preparation of Project Board meeting as well as MoM; Support in central activities coordinated by headquarters team; Implements PM and PMO guidelines and processes and manages respective functional organization; We are looking for: University degree in Business Administration or related fields; Fluent English; Solid MS Office knowledge; Strong analytical mindset; Team player with strong communication & interpersonal skills; Processes and Detail oriented; Motivation and Resilience.
