Duties and Responsibilities:

• Responsible for store development in east China

• Find the internal & external signage locations in each city of the region

• Review progress of site finding and take actions to step up the pace

• Negotiate and manage the lease contract

• Coordinate the store construction works in cooperating with construction department

  • Collect and analyze the relevant information for future store development opportunities
  
  
  

  Qualifications:

  • At least 3-5 years？ experience in a related capacity (shopping mall leasing management experience is preferred)
  • Strong communication and PC skills (English speaking)
  • Creative, innovative, pro-active and persuasive
  • Good team player, disciplined and able to handle stress
  • Entrepreneur, consistent and results driven
  • Business travel required
