The Vanke Steward’s responsibilities include:
Overseeing, leading and developing the whole service team;
Ensuring consistent cleanliness standards apply in the public area, heart of sales center areas & so on;
Providing assistance to any guest inquiries or requests.
This role is responsible for ensuring tasks and special projects are assigned and executed thoroughly and ensure compliance with company’s policies and procedures.
The ideal candidate would be energetic, self-motivated, detail oriented and have a passion for giving guests an exceptional experience! The ideal candidate would be comfortable leading change and accountability.

SPECIFIC JOB KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

The individual must possess the following knowledge, skills and abilities and be able to explain and demonstrate that he or she can perform the essential functions of the job, with or without reasonable accommodation, using some other combination of knowledge, skills, and abilities:
Must be able to speak and understand the primary language (Mandarin) used in the workplace. Reading and writing ability preferred.
Most tasks are performed in a team environment with the employee acting as a team leader. There is minimal direct supervision.
Must possess basic computational ability.
Must possess basic computer skills.

QUALIFICATION STANDARDS

Education
Bachelor’s Degree is must.

Experience
Two-year hospitality service experience required after got Bachelor degree. (very important)
Supervisory experience preferred.

All employees must maintain a neat, clean and well-groomed appearance per Vanke standards.
