YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES

The primary responsibilities of this role, Real World Evidence Strategy Leader Global Oncology, are to: 

• Develop RWE strategy that provides high quality scientific information regarding the use, benefits and risks of one or more products in the oncology portfolio;
• Develop internally aligned, scientifically rigorous RWE plans that will meet the needs of external stakeholders;
• Lead a cross-functional RWE team, as sub-team to the Global Programmed Team, that ensures timely delivery of the RWE plan;
• Coordinate the RWE plan together with the overall Development Plan into an Integrated Evidence Plan aimed to meet the TPP;
• Close collaboration with other internal teams to establish sustainable success and share best practices.

Required Qualifications:

• Advanced academic degree in Medicine, Pharmacy, Health Services Research, Epidemiology or related healthcare field;
• At least seven years of experience in life sciences industry in a relevant function, including close interactions with regulatory, HTA/payer or physician customers;
• Track record of impactful RWE plan development, and RW study, design, implementation, analysis and reporting;
• Proven leadership and management skills in a large matrix organization;
• Highly developed ethics and integrity;
• Experienced in identifying and resolving complex problems;
• Passion for cross-functional collaboration, excellent interpersonal and communication skills;
• Business fluent in English, both spoken and written.
