General Purpose:
Ensure all customer data mapping with POS/BI system are accurate in a timely manor
Support Offer Accrual Team on analyzing discrepancy for offer and claim
Assist in resolving ChRM related issues and support the TW team on accounting related matters.
Liaise within Sales, Channel Marketing and Accounting, IT dept. to investigate and research rebate claim discrepancies.
Be proactive on resolving pending claims and be organized to track all rebate offers on the rebate offer tracker.
Task driven and detail oriented to actively drive and perform in daily accounting activities
Ability to communicate to all levels of management on rebate related queries

Excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to quickly identify the source of any data errors or performance issues
Assist to prepare ad hoc report by business requirement
Essential Skills and Experience:
Advanced MS Office skills, with particularly strong capabilities in MS Excel, Oracle is a plus
Strong communication, coordination and interpersonal
Excellence in analytic problem-solving skills
Multinational company with financial analysis function preferred
Bachelors Degree in Accounting or relevant experience 2-3+ years
