What you will be doing:

  • As a Receptionist, you will create intuitive & memorable experiences for our guests through their arrival and departure journeys.
  • Know and apply always the service and quality standards through the procedures manual stipulated by the company.
  • Perform and encourage upselling and cross-selling.

Experience & Abilities:

  • Knowledge in systems such as OPERA, POS, HotSOS, MS Office. Online Review Management platforms.
  • Previous experience in Front Desk or Guest Experience departments in a mid-size luxury hotel.
  • Handling of Quality and Guest Experience audit programs.
  • Complete knowledge of the English language, a third language is a plus.
