Job responsibilities:
1. Supervise office cleaner's work to keep the office safe, clean and orderly.
2. Support on travel management including booking the air ticket, hotel and meeting room.
3. Support on visa application for invitation letters and dispatch letters etc.
4. Arrange events, conferences, annual party, outing and support labor union activities etc.
5. Manage the office supplies' inventory, equipment as contact window with suppliers, including: purchase application, incoming check and record, maintain inventory, commodity release and other affairs.
6. Manage the reception orderly & properly.
7. Updating the outlook address, company contact list, etc.
8. Express management
9. Support other tasks assigned by supervisor.
Job Requirements:
1. College degree or above, major in English or administration management
2. English: fluent in oral and written
3. Familiar with word, excel, PPT
4. At least 1 years of relevant experience
5. Good communication skills as team member
