1. A minimum of 3 years guest relations experience in luxury hotel,
at least 1 year experience in a similar capacity.
至少3年豪华酒店的工作经验且至少1年类似职位的工作经验。
2. Strong knowledge of Front Desk Operations.
非常熟悉前台操作。
3. Strong desire to deliver excellent guest services and with
passion to serve.

4. Ability to multi-task and remain composed at all times.

5. A good team leader with ability to drive the team.

6. Computer literacy not limited to Excel, Power Point and Word.(Knowledge of PAR Springer-Miller System will be an advantage.)

8. Fluent in English and Mandarin, both spoken and written
(Cantonese would be an advantage)
