Job Description
Tasks & Responsibilities
1.Administration management and hospitality: pro-actively handle the reception when there are guests or Interviewees.
2.Answer and transfer phone calls, copying documents, fax, receiving and sending office mails/correspondence.
3.Support office supplies and maintenance
4.Hand out supplies to employees, keeping track of the supplies given away
5.Support the internal events and affairs such as company meetings, annual dinner, summer party, office moving, etc
6.Organize travel related issues, such as book hotel/air ticket, etc. if needed
7. Provide support to other department
8. Working schedule: Sunday 8:30am-5:30pm, Monday-Thursday: 4-9:30pm

Skills & Requirements
1At least 2 years relevant experience.
2Ability to communicate in daily conversational English, eager to learn more
3.Good communication skills with a proactive attitude
4.Strong service oriented mindset
5.Basic computer skills
6.Outgoing personality and positive attitude
7.Warm, willing to help others. High sense of responsibility
8.Good planning and negotiation skill
