  • To receive phone call and visitor in a professional way. Visitor and ID Card management
  • Update contact list according to the information providing HR, IT regularly.
  • Coordinate with HR for new staff’s onboard process, provide badge, business card on time.
  • Be responsible for office stationery management, support commodity purchasing and maintain the record and inventory.
  • Handles office expenses claim, distribute the cost to each product line, include canteen, shuttle bus, drinking water, commodity, stationery, express, name card, name plate and analyze the special cases and provide feedback to management.

· Deal with canteen/shuttle bus related work include update route, coordinate supplier’s daily management. · Support employee events and activities like family day/ outing/ annual party

· Support and coordinate Administration other task Internal/external contact Internal: Local engineering product lines (GEE, Steering, Braking and PSS) External: Cross function suppliers Qualifications / experience required · College above, Fresh graduate from renowned university is acceptable.

  • At least one year experience of Receptionist; those with working experience in a multinational environment is advanced.
  • Result-oriented with good follow & reporting awareness
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated, willing to learn
  • Good at English (CET-4) and Mandarin communication
  • Familiar with Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint
