DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
As a front desk clerk, the one should be mature on front desk service and front desk service team management. She/he should take the responsibility to match the service goal by FM and fully understand and strictly follow up company related policy.

1.Switchboard operation and responsible for Visitor registration record weekly update.
接/转听总机电话,做好访客接待及登记工作。
2.Meeting room /air fight/hotel /car booking/ arrangement and stationery purchase, and all vendor’s payment
会议室/机票酒店/车辆/的安排与预定,及文具采购,对供应商的请付款
3.Provide day-to-day office administrative support.
提供日常的行政工作的支持
4.Deliver quality services to internal customers with high efficiency and cost-effectiveness
为内部员工提供高效优质的服务并合理控制成本
5.Other tasks assigned by BM
完成其他分配的工作任务。
REQUIREMENT:
1.University graduates
国家统招大专以上学历
2.Minimum 1 years work experience of admin support, including at least 0.5 years as an administrative assistant with a multinational company or a Rep Office
至少一年以上的行政工作经验,含最少半年以上的行政助理或行政前台的工作经验
3.Energetic and proactive attitude, good team player, strong communication skills
热情,积极向上,有良好的团队合作精神以及良好的沟通能力
4.Good command of both spoken & written English as well as Chinese
良好的中英文听说读写能力
